NEW Features for 2011

AED Challenge has new features to help you keep your AED/CPR skills sharp including more scenarios and enhanced reporting. Here's a summary of what's new:

2010 CPR Guidelines
AED Challenge now supports the 2010 CPR Guidelines and includes the new C-A-B procedure for CPR.

Advanced Test Scenarios
New challenging scenarios that include a patient with a nitro patch, a swimmer in cardiac arrest, and a refibrillation scenario. Also includes a CPR-AED Quiz that challenges users’ knowledge of AED and CPR issues.

Scoreboard
Optional scoreboards that show the highest scores at a site and motivates responders to compete for high scores. Set up this feature on the Subgroup Info page. Also available for your organization.

An interactive, online course that gets you up to speed on 2010 Guidelines. Free to current subscribers. Click here to learn more.

Custom Notices
Administrators can create a custom message for users at their sites. Users see your message each time they use AED Challenge. Available to a site or an entire organization.

Compression Fraction (CPR %)
Tracks the amount of CPR delivered during an AED Challenge scenario (CPR percent). This helps responders focus on high-quality CPR—an important factor in survival from cardiac arrest.

A completely new programming architecture and simulation engine that takes advantage of the new Adobe® Flash Player 10.
